Courtyard
The spacious court yard which is 33’6” by 27’ is accessed from the front entryway on Calle de Guadalupe and from the west side of the house with a separate street entrance from Calle de Principal. There are two bricked planters allowing for a wide variety of plants and native shrubs. The surface of the courtyard is brick and a cement fountain is in the center. To the west side of the courtyard is a raised patio deck with a four season cover and mechanical shade screens that offer cool breezes in the summer and then fully enclosed to provide a green house atmosphere in the winter. There is a raised dining & grill area perfect for outdoor dining. There are two canopies that run the full length of the east and west side of the courtyard. You can enjoy the sunsets and stars from the complete privacy of the courtyard. Just off the courtyard is a 6’ by 10’ storage room / workshop. |
